Margie Lelia walked us through every stop of the process, from appraisal to the actual closing date. After 30 years in our Scarsdale home, there were emotions on top of logistics, all of which she handled with grace, wisdom, and informational support. Her photographer made the on line showings look so professional. Besides Margie's assistance, Re/Max lists internationally. Our home was a unique one of a kind historical Victorian that was renovated to it's original style with a wrap around porch and detailed wood features such as Victorian gingerbread and medallions. Not every Eastchester/Scarsdale family would necessarily look for such a style, but having it in the International market attracted an International family who really understood the value of such a unique property. Two showings, one quick offer and it sold immediately.
