I've been involved in the building trades and housing in one form or another since highschool. My education is in Architecture and Business. Many years as a custom home builder, remodler and old home restorations. In real estate sales in 1981. Consistantly in the top 5% of agents in RI. Real Estate is my full time career. Licensed Broker in RI & MA. Over 1,200 closed sales. 08 & 09 ranked # 2 total sales out of over 500 RE/MAX agents in RI.
