Shirley Mello

I have been a lifelong resident of Newport County, where my ancestors settled in Portsmouth in 1638. I have lived in Middletown since 1970. Being involved in local activities has always been important to me. I have been President of PTG, a Brownie Leader, involved in Pop Warner Football for 20 years, on the Charter Review Commission, chaired Tax Appeals Board, and currently a member of the Middletown Town Council.
