Dana is a fabulous realtor to work with. When I first looked for a house in 2018, she answered all of what I considered silly questions and never made me feel like they were silly. She listened to what I was looking for and delivered. When it was time to sell that house, she was first on my mind to be my realtor. She will tell you exactly what needs fixed and doesn’t beat around the bush. She wants what is best for her clients. I would 1000% recommend her!

Kathy is the BEST.... I bought a house from her and then asked for her help to sell it a few years later. Her ability to understand the needs of a buyer and the demands of a seller - she does a spectacular job. She is fair and just; works hard to make sure that it's a win-win situation for both parties. She is the benchmark for me on how a realtor needs to be. Her patience to answer questions, explain the process as it unfolds and keeps you informed. There is no one better. If she was working beyond the state of Indiana I would work with her ALWAYS.... Whole heartedly recommend that you work with her.

Annette was so easy to work with through the process of selling my Mother's home. She initially gave my brother and I an estimated value and what we might be looking at in repairs. We listed the home, had multiple showings and had accepted offer within 2 weeks. Closing happened about 3 weeks after accepted offer. Very easy transaction! Highly recommend Jean and Annette.

It is always great to work with someone who likes their jobs. Dana is that type of person and i was very lucky to work with her. She has amazing accountability for whole house purchasing process and helped us a lot especially we are a first home buyer and she checks every steps 24/7 days and nights. Annette helped us find our home for over 6 months. During that time, she knew what house we woukd like. She is incredibly knowledgeable about neighborhoods and homes we saw. Questions we would have, she had the answers by the time we returned to her office. And in the end she made sure every detail was in place for our out of state fiancing. Even on her vacation. My sister's and I were selling my parents' home after my mom passed away. Annette met me on time to look at the house and give her professional recommendations as to how we could get the best and fastest offer out there. She was very kind and treated me with the utmost respect. We followed her instructions on a few repairs. They took some great shots of the home and put it on the market.
