Maureen was impeccably professional, thorough, helpful and a ton of fun to work with during my home buying process. She set up dozens of home tours throughout the Victor area. She demonstrated excellent knowledge of property value and took the time to understand what I was looking for in a house. When my "dream house" was snatched out from under me, she worked hard to get it back, but had the wisdom to realize when it was no longer reasonable to spend my time and money in the effort. Then, an even better home literally dropped out of the airwaves, and she made it happen despite a ridiculous array of financing hurdles and hoops. I would have given up and rented if not for her.

She also sold my existing house, and was spot on when it came to price and marketing. She takes great pictures! She even helped me pack at the last minute! I cannot say enough about Maureen, and the 5 star service she rendered me during the last 6 months. Her work ethic and deep bench of Inspection, Cleaning, Painting and other connections made the process of buying/selling successful and enjoyable. I'd give her a 10 star rating if Zillow would allow it. She will be the first person I call when I need Real Estate guidance again.

Maureen was always there when we had questions, concerns, etc. We were looking for property approximately an hour away and she never hesitated to take us to a property. She was always willing to work with our schedule. We always felt she was working FOR us and looking out for our best interest even when we may not have known better. She went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience and was with us from day one until the end. She is extremely knowledgeable of the overall process and worked well with our bank representative. I would highly recommend her and we would definitely want her as our realtor in future endeavors.

I highly enjoyed Maureen throughout the entire home buying process. She was very responsive no mater what time of day it was. She was very prompt to set up house visits and took the time to look through the houses with us. Very down to earth. I felt no pressure looking at houses.
