He also did a great job selling a number of our properties during a challenging housing market. He made the challenging process of buying and selling a home smooth and enjoyable.

I've known Oktay as a good buddy for many years. I was hesitant to use a friend, but he was great. A class act, a calm voice of reason. He'll tell you what he thinks, but won't pressure you to do anything.

I've worked with other realtors in the past and had to battle with them on price, etc. Oktay wasn't like that at all. I've recommended him to friends and I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

He also has a "guy" for everyone. Damage to the house you're selling from a storm? No problem, he'll have a guy out there today. Painters, A/V installation, concrete, roof...whatever you need, he has a guy better than you're probably using. Amazing.

Meetings over beers or lunch were also common (always on him).

I purchased my first home in December of 2010 with Oktay as my realtor. Looking back on my journey to homeownership I realize how important it is to have a good realtor by your side. I was fortunate enough to have not only a good realtor but also an EXCELLENT one.

When I began my search online I was ambivalent about buying a home. Upon sitting down with Oktay he was able to answer all the questions I had. I left our first meeting with a good idea of what I wanted and needed to do next.

First time homebuyers often have the classic dilemma between budget and dreams. My wish list was long, my budget limited, and my target location very specific. Oktay helped me with ease to find that perfect balance. He understood EXACTLY where I was coming from and gave me a comprehensive list of homes for sale.

We were then able to then begin looking at homes. Oktay made a special point to work around my busy schedule and be extra accommodating. I've heard that walking through homes can sometimes be more daunting then exciting. But I never felt that way, I was able to look objectively at each home on my list and I never had to feel like I could not be honest. And Oktay would always be honest with me, while still respecting my "head in the clouds" dreamer attitude.

I found the house of my dreams and now it was time to start making offers. This was the part of the home buying process that had me the most anxious. But I found his advice helpful and relevant. I was able to get my home at the price that I thought was fair. This whole process was amidst working and going to school full time.

My bottom line is, that Oktay was able to make a fairly standard process completely tailored to the needs of myself and my family. Oktay even brought over pizza on move in day! I was not a high profile client looking to spend a big chunk of change by any means but Oktay treated me with respect and dignity that is not always easy to find.

This is a One in a Million realtor! I hope to be able to work with Oktay again when buying my next home.
