Personal mission statement: to impact and enrich the lives of people; which I believe is done by living what you teach, practicing servant leadership and having excellence as a minimum standard. In other words, people are #1 - treat them well and the rest will follow. I love coaching our agents to their goals.
My personal life revolves around family activities with wife of 28 years, Judi, and daughter, Ana; community and church involvement.
