I have been representing buyers and sellers in The Capital Region District of New York since 2007. When you are looking to sell your home, you can count on me to do an excellent job of pricing, marketing and actively managing the sale of your home.
I also assist buyers in their search for a new home and I have great expertise with guiding buyers through the process of building a new construction home.

On a personal note: Born and raised in Belgium, Europe. I relocated with my family to New York's Capital District Region in 2001. I am the mother of two teenage boys that graduated from Shenendehowa Central School District. My educational an professional background is in Human Resources.

I have helped relocating many families from all over the world.
I am passionate about sharing my personal experiences about relocating to this area. My goal is to make my clients feel at home.

Anna is not only very knowledgeable about the area and real estate, but she is just a great person to work with. My wife and I had to sell our home quickly as we were relocating to another state for a job opportunity. Anna did an amazing job helping us to sell our home. Anna helped us sell the house within a week! She is very responsive and professional. She is also nice and listening to details. The process of selling a house is often, if not always, stressful but Anna guided me through the process carefully and provided help whenever was needed. To be specific, when I first met with Anna, she presented me many materials related to the current housing market and prices of comparable properties. She then explained how she can help me to sell my property and what I should do to facilitate the process. After I agreed to work with Anna, she quickly scheduled a professional photographer to take pictures and make a 3D tour video. She also helped me to hire a contractor to fix some issues in the house in a timely manner. When the property was on the market, it is imperative to be able to communicate with the agent quickly. Anna never disappointed me as she replied to my text fast and called me to discuss important matters if necessary. She has been very thoughtful, reasonable, and caring. Undoubtedly, she is the top-notch realtor and I certainly will recommend her to anyone without any reservation.

She was recommended by my colleagues and it turned out everything was great buying house with her. Here are my feelings: She has a deep understanding of the real estate in this area - she can find the house you like, and most importantly she can tell the true reasonable price, which was extremely helpful! She is also strong in negotiations, we got our deal with just a few visits in less than a month! And the people she recommended, such as inspector and attorney, are very efficient and helpful. The attorney makes no mistake, the inspector saved me a lot of $. Everything went smoothly, so the closing was quick that we didnt need to renew our apartment. It was wonderful experience!

I was going to sell my house and move to another state. My friend recommended Anna to be my agent. I was very happy to make that decision. Anna helped me make a good preparation before listing the house. She sent some workers to do a deep cleaning. she sent a handyman to repair the carpet, she also provided a lot of suggestions to decorate my house. When she listed the house in the market, I found the pictures really beautiful, and it soon attracted a lot of interests of showing requests. My house was listed on Friday night, and then on Sunday, I got an offer, Anna helped to do some negotiations, and we finally signed the contract. It was amazing I sold my house in two days with the help of Anna. I would recommend Anna to everyone!
