I worked with Kerri to sell and then buy. Even though I had bought and sold houses previously the current market is not like anything I had seen before. She convinced me to list my hoiuse for more than I thought possible and it sold for even more, in only two days. She offered good advice about how to bid on the new house, which also worked out well. Kerri is wonderful and She really really knows her stuff. Kerri was with us every step of the way starting with explaining the home buying experience at our first sit down from start to finish. She knows what to look for during inspections and had our back through everything, fighting to make sure we got what we wanted. She is very responsive and gets back to you almost immediately with an answer or a time frame of when she will have an answer. Kerri is a great agent. I highly recommend her to both sellers and buyers. My property languished on the market with a different broker. As soon as I was able, I switched to Kerri. She immediately realized why the property had not sold (because I owned the home for many years, the taxes were too high compared to similarly priced homes). She worked at trying to get this issue resolved by calling and meeting with the tax assessor and even speaking with an attorney she knew. Unfortunately, despite Kerri's best efforts, the issue could not be immediately resolved because of the existing tax laws,. Although the tax issue was still present, Kerri developed a marketing strategy which found me a buyer in a short period of time. Unlike some other agents, she did not think that her job ended with a signed contract. Kerri was there for the inspection, walk-through and any other matter involved in selling the house. She was always available to answer questions. Kerri was a delight to deal with, honest and straightforward. I would use her again if I was in the market to sell or buy property.

I know that it seems very difficult to believe that someone can be as proficient as I have rated Kerri.
