Roe and Colleen have been apart of our lives for the last 8 years. They helped us become first time home buyers and most recently sell that home and find us a phenomenal company to build with. Roe and Colleen are easy to get a hold of, kept us updated on nearby comps, kept us in the loop with the latest pandemic and when to sell our house, etc. We were prepared to list and had 3 different people wanting to look at our house within 12 hours and sold within 48 hours.
