Colleen McCabe came highly recommended to us by another realtor with whom we had worked for years and whom we trust. Roe sold my elderly mother’s home in 24 hours at 37K over list price. As neither my brother nor I live in Missouri, we needed a lot of help with logistics such as getting the home ready for the open house, having an estate sale and arranging for cleaning services. My house search started with my unconventional criteria list to which Roe was able to adapt to go on the search for possible houses. In the process, Roe and I discussed my 15 years plan that lead to updating appropriately my criteria list which then lead to the finding of the perfect house. It was great to work with Roe. From the first day we met he very well understood our requirement and gave us great suggestions which would help us in making decisions while buying a rental property. He was very proactive in showing the properties to us, highlighting pros and cons so that we can make right decision. He helped us with maths. He is also very resourceful as he could immediately help us get people to do property improvements and get the tenants before even the sales was closed. Roe is the perfect mix of being personable AND professional. We trusted him completely throughout our home buying process - and he made it easy! We will never use anyone else.
Roe and Colleen have been apart of our lives for the last 8 years. They helped us become first time home buyers and most recently sell that home and find us a phenomenal company to build with. Roe and Colleen are easy to get a hold of, kept us updated on nearby comps, kept us in the loop with the latest pandemic and when to sell our house, etc. We were prepared to list and had 3 different people wanting to look at our house within 12 hours and sold within 48 hours. They were very informative when it came to selling, how to prepare the house, photos, newest comps, wording for the MLS report, showings, keeping up with latest CDC recommendations when showing the house to keep us and the buyers safe, negotiations, appraisals, inspections and then the moving process. After interviewing several brokers, Roe and Colleen listened, provided great responses and when the time came, acted. They had a plan and executed the plan. The house was sold in less than 24 hours from the first showing with multiple offers.
On the buying side, they worked with the selling broker to find an equitable solution to any problems that arose.
Listening, taking care of problems and allowing the homeowner to focus on what they needed to do was very important.
