Joann and Julie Rupert are the active members o f The Ruperts, a Real Estate Team based out of St. Louis Missouri. We offer an extensive knowledge of the St.Louis, Missouri area and are very active in the community.

Joann enjoys playing bridge and spending time with her 5 grandchildren. Julie Rupert is an active mother of 3, enjoys volunteering in the Girl Scouts and attending her children's sporting events. She is a graduate of Parkway Central and MIZZOU!

Joann has been licensed in 1986 and Julie Rupert in 1995. We are extremely knowledgeable in residential real estate with years of results. In addition, we have a veteran behind the scenes in Kate Ziadeh. Kate has been licensed since 1997 and we are very lucky we have her to thoroughly assist us with your sale.

Julie and Joann were fantastic in helping with my home purchase. They were extremely patient as we viewed a lot of houses. They weren't pushing to write or for how much and seemed genuinely concerned with getting me the best house for the money!

Julie and Joann are a powerhouse of knowledge and connections that saved me frustration in buying and maximized the value of the property I sold. Julie reached out to the listing agent of a property that was off the market, she patiently walked members of my family through the real estate process, she gave me referrals for a skilled home inspector and mortgage officer, she knew exactly how to get the best professional photos taken of my house, and she even dropped off boxes before I moved, just to name a few of the ways she went above and beyond. Choosing a real estate agent is a much bigger decision than I ever realized, and in a crazy housing market, working with an experienced team gave me a competitive advantage. Thank you Ruperts!

Julie was amazing in support of selling my house in St. Louis City. She was right on time with all the paperwork and making sure i didn't miss anything from the contract. She had some great recommendations when it came to inspections and remediation's . Her team was thorough, on time, and so very helpful all along the way. I highly recommend July and the Rupert team!!

Julie Rupert did a great job in selling our house. She is very knowledgeable about Cheaterfield, and our subdivision in particular. My only complaint is that she did not advise us as to the real estate tips for preparing our home for show, i.e. removing personal pictures from the walls, rearranging furniture or removing furniture in over crowded rooms, cleaning, etc. Overall, she did a good job me I would recommend her to others.
