Sue was really great to work with. She kept my emotional state in mind since it was a delicate situation. She made sure she was always my advocate. She's readily available at all times with any questions or concerns. She gave me recommendations when I asked for them but didn't push anything, she made sure it was all my choice. I felt very supported and all in all felt really good about the entire transaction. Will absolutely use her again.

Sue was able to take three contract offers on my condo, on the first day it was open to the public. Thought the buyers had some difficulty in getting their "ducks in a row", she continued to pursue the signed contract from the buyer.
