Per usual Mark and Brenda went above and beyond to get this land sale closed. It was a super quick escrow and they were on top of everything. We had some difficulty with the HOA and Mark and Brenda communicated to the HOA and the agents right up until the closing to get issues resolved. Honestly without their determination to get it resolved escrow would have been delayed.
