Lisa Robeda is the best Escrow Officer there is. She's very thorough and extremely knowledgeable of the whole escrow process. This wasn't an easy escrow, had probate and critical timing on this as buyer was moving from out of state. I just love working with Lisa as she makes my job easier even with difficulties arise. I highly recommend Lisa Robeda @ Security Title Agency, Lisa is always in contact with me and my clients, keeping us informed during the escrow process. I admit that several of the escrows that I have given to Lisa have been very difficult to get done, she has come through every time and has made my clients very happy. A happy client, a happy life :)

Lisa stepped in mid transaction and with a seamless transition you would have never known the file didn't start with her. She was patient with my client and explained each document in detail, as my client typically likes to read everything line by line. She went above and beyond to help my client get the proper documents to her out of state bank for the wire transfer. Lisa was amazing to work with and I look forward to future transaction with her.

Our escrow officer was Lisa Robeda and she is the greatest. The lender for the buyer said she was an incredible escrow officer and that she had gone above and beyond for his client. That sounds like Lisa, she goes above and beyond for every client!!! The only reason I don't utilize any of your marketing plans is because I am working on retirement and not adding any more business to our schedules!! Thanks Security Title for a job well done!!!

Sheryl Medlock and Lisa Robeda are both highly professional, knowledgeable and trusted escrow officers. I trust them and the entire office to continually give the best escrow service. They recently closed on a 'domino' of closings and did their best to keep it moving forward despite a few obstacles out of their control. They got them closed! Our escrow officer Lisa Robeda is the greatest. She works late getting our paperwork prepared, she stays after hours to sign our clients. She is responsive, professional and a joy to have as a part of our group in our real estate business. We love Security Title Agency, Tony Scardina and Lisa Robeda, the entire team is the best in the business!!!!!!! We are moving towards retirement which is the reason we don't want to market or use your marketing tools.
