Sarah was an absolute joy to work with purchasing our new house. The transaction went perfectly. I was especially impressed with the timeliness of her responses to my questions. Even though several of the emails were sent later in the evening when I had an opportunity to sit down, she responded almost immediately, well after business hours. We are going to use Sarah for the title work when we place our current house on the market.

I typically don?t use Security Title but honored the escrow recommendation from the seller?s agent as work has already been done due to prior escrow. Sarah Zocolo was our escrow officer. She is very professional, prompt to respond and thorough. We had an excellent experience, I will definitely consider using Security Title again.
