Shannon Nevels

Shannon Nevels is a Branch Manager/Escrow Officer, for Security Title Agency, Inc. Her career spans over 22 years of service in almost every aspect of the title industry. In her start at Yuma Title, which later became Chicago Title, she has experience in the title department, as a Recorder before being plucked from title into escrow where she worked as an Assistant Escrow Officer to a Commercial Escrow unit for many years. That unit also serviced a builder account which she was predominantly responsible for. In 2012, Shannon and her only child, Zayn, moved back to the city where she was raised Phoenix, Arizona and began working for Security Title Agency, Inc. as an Escrow Assistant. She was quickly promoted to Escrow Officer and managed a builder unit as well as dabbling in resale for some time before being promoted to Branch Manager in 2022. Shannon was awarded the top Escrow Officer award for revenue in the year 2022. She is well versed and versatile in her knowledge and presently welcoming escrows of any and every kind. When she's not working she can typically be found enjoying some well deserved me-time with her fur baby, Remy or watching her son Zayn, who is a college freshman, play basketball.
