Mike helped us acquire a rental property in Cypress Reach. There was an enormous amount of paperwork required for this association, & Mike made it as easy as possible to transfer, complete & send the information to & from FL & PA. I was unable to see the condo in person, but Mike was able to go through the whole place via FaceTime which solved that problem. Mike made the rental process as easy as possible for me. I can highly recommend Mike as a competent realtor.
