Ashley has never considered herself a sales person but a relationship builder. She exemplifies hard work, integrity, energy and creative customer service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Ashley grew up in Greer, South Carolina and comes from a family full of relationship builders!

Ashley moved to Nashville in 2000 to pursue her music passion. Although she did not become the next Shania Twain or Olivia Newton-John (her childhood inspiration), she furthered her immense sales and customer service knowledge working for an international staffing agency for 15 years. In 2015, she expanded her knowledge and began not only building new but growing previous relationships as a REALTOR.

When not working with clients to make their dreams come true, Ashley is an avid member of the Middle Tennessee theatre community. As an artist member, Board member or volunteer she continues her passion for music and the arts. Ashley says, “In life there are always challenges but theatre and the arts are not only my passion but rejuvenating”.

Ashley is the definition of full service! We were interested in finding a small home in the Nashville area where our daughter could settle for a couple of years during grad school. Since we don't live in the area, we relied on Ashley's experience and practiced eye to find the perfect starter home, and boy did she deliver! From the first showings to the final walkthrough, Ashley served as our proxy - advising us long distance, sharing the pros and cons, and ultimately shepherding the sale through from offer to acceptance to inspections to settlement. We've purchased our fair share of homes during our family's growing up years, and it was incredible how easy this one was!

The house is perfect and we're so thankful Ashley was on our side!

Ashley was always willing to help. Even though my asking price was higher than she was recommending, she was able to give great ideas on how to stage the house to make sure it sold quickly. I was impressed it sold in 3 days. She was polite and courteous the entire time. I love how easy it was to sign the preparation documents through an application - great method for SimpliHOM. Thank you for the great job. I hope I find another realtor like her in Charleston. She really made the whole experience less stressful.
