Hi, I’m Lori Densmore. I’m a Park City–based real estate specialist who truly enjoys helping people find the right place to call home—or successfully move on from one they’ve loved. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for something special, or preparing to sell, my goal is to make the process feel clear, supported, and as stress-free as possible.
I approach every listing with care and intention, treating each home as if it were a luxury property. Having developed two high-end residences myself, I bring a hands-on understanding of design, construction quality, staging, and how to highlight what makes a home shine. I combine that experience with thoughtful pricing and targeted marketing to attract the right buyers and create strong results.
When I work with buyers, I take the time to really listen. I want to understand your lifestyle, your priorities, and what matters most to you. With a developer’s eye, I’m especially good at spotting homes with great potential—properties that can grow in value with the right updates. Throughout the process, I’m here as a steady guide and advocate, from our first conversation all the way through closing and beyond.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Southern California and have a background in finance, marketing, and commercial real estate. I bring that experience into every transaction, along with clear communication, careful attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to my clients.
I live in Park City with my husband and our golden retriever and love making the most of the area’s outdoor lifestyle—hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing whenever we can. I’m also a former HOA board member and stay actively involved in my community.
