I was born and raised in Little Rock, AR, graduate of Parkview Fine Arts and Science Magnet High School, spent a short time at UALR, then moved on to the greener pastures of Tennessee where I lived for 23 years. I moved back to Little Rock in 2016 to be closer to my family.
I’ve been involved in real estate, in one form or another, since 2000. I started out as a “self-taught” investor, acquiring, renovating, and managing my own properties during my 15-year career working in a Bridgestone-Firestone tire factory in Tennessee. After moving back to Arkansas, I started working with Colliers International-Little Rock, where I managed as many as 24 commercial properties across the state, which included leasing, budgeting, and project management. I moved over to the “sales” side of real estate in 2020.
Based on my experience as an investor, and in property management, I’ve made many connections with other investors looking to build their portfolios, including local investors, out of state investors, and REIT’s. I have assisted my clients in closing over 410 transactions since March of 2020.
I have also helped many individual homeowners buy and sell their homes and look forward to helping other clients with their real estate needs.
I look forward to helping my current clients, and future clients, meet their personal goals and real estate needs.
