I can not say enough about how much we appreciate the care Derek took in helping us find our forever home. As most know, the housing market is crazy currently. Derek and his team went above and beyond to help us with a big transitional move. He not only helped find a home that we purchased for below asking price, but also sold our home for more than asking. Me and my family decided to make the move closer to Nashville and with the market as crazy as it is right now boy was we nervous. Not only did he sell our home within 48hours for more than asking we also landed a lot in our dream subdivision and all this was possible because of him and his hustle. Derek was awesome to work with! We moved from Seattle, on a tight timeline and were not able to be in TN to view homes ourselves. Derek was very attentive from the start, he toured, and video called us for every home we asked him to (and there were a lot in a 3-week period). He was honest when he felt things were not up to our standards with a home and was EXTREMELY helpful in narrowing down which neighborhoods would be a good fit, since we hadn’t spent much time in the area. He never missed a call, text or question we threw at him, always had a great attitude, and made sure we were hooked up with all the necessary contacts from start to finish.
