David is fantastic! He was referred to us by a friend. We are not from this area and David gave us so much information. We have purchased homes before and never had any of our previous realtors help us as much as he has. Starting with sending us listings for almost a year while we prepared our move, showing us houses, explaining the inspection ( what’s normal here and what’s not), looking at everything at the final walk through to sitting at the closing table while signing loan docs. I have been on the lending side of this business for over 20 years and would be overjoyed to work with such a great realtor.

David is amazing!! He went above and beyond for us, doing extensive research about the area and the market to hone in on the list price, he hosted an open house right away to get people talking about the property, and his photographer made our house look so beautiful, I almost didn’t want to leave! He had our home under contract in 2 weeks, which, in this market, highly exceeded our expectations. He was very communicative about every step in the process, answering any and all questions we had promptly, and always with our best interests in mind. He made the whole process seem like a cake walk! We would 100% use David again for buying or selling a home!

David did a great job helping us buy our home! He was very knowledgable and took time to get to our needs. We were looking at purchasing a place out of town, and David sent us video tours of options and supervised all of the closing processes that we could not be there for. We are excited to have him representing us in selling another property in a few months! We would definitely recommend his services!

Although writing is my forte, there just aren't enought words to express what a joy it has been to work with David at the helm--not only for the purchase of the home I owned in Smyrna, but also the sale of it...and all the messy details that are a part of that. David did a great job! We had been frustrated while house hunting using several other agents and companies.

We had looked at several properties and could not find one that met our requirements. Also, several agents from other companies seemed to ignore what we wanted and continued to show properties that did not match what we were shopping for.

David went above and beyond. We were relocating from TX, so we could not visit the homes in person. He went to each site and made us a Youtube Video of each home. He found several homes almost instantly that met our needs. The only downside was competing against so many others who were also hunting for homes. After several offers being beet out, David found us a brand new home, still under construction. He sent us a new video and we submitted an offer that was accepted, almost instantly.

We could not ask for a better agent. He kept us updated the entire time and has a great staff .

David Balfour quickly sold my house in Columbia while helping me find a home in Murfreesboro. In this market, I was not able to get to Murfreesboro fast enough to successfully get a contract on a home. David visited and videotaped several homes for me to see, gave extremely helpful insights, and helped me find the perfect home in an incredibly fast moving market! This, by itself, is outstanding! Not sure words can express how great of a job David did! Early morning text and late night calls he was always ready to provide any assistance we needed. Professional and dedicated are two words that come to mind. In this tough market for buyers he was able to make a deal happen and provided an amazing amount of support along the way.
