Tina worked really hard and got us over asking price in a matter of days. Helping us navigate the entire selling process in a super hot market made the entire selling process much less stressful for us. Definitely recommend as a buyers or sellers agent.

Tina was a delight to work with! We’ve been talking about selling back and forth for over 6 months. She was always there to answer our messages and questions even if she knew we weren’t selling yet. When the timing was right and we started our search again she was there and ready. I could not pick a better realtor. She is extremely efficient and on top of everything. She got us an off market contract within 2 days of giving her the green light. Even when we felt pressed for time due to the quick offer on our house, she found us a new house with everything on our list! We were blown away with how helpful she was and how she fought for our contract to stand out. I felt like I was working with a friend throughout the whole process and not just a realtor. She has impeccable pricing and market instincts to the point where a neighbor's realtor said she was "crazy" for listing ours at the price she did but still got us great offers in no time. She helped us, and now my in-laws, get our dream homes, even in this competitive market. She also has a ton of connections. In the past, a Redfin agent told us that a lot of realtors can be lazy/nonchalant and this is the opposite of Tina. She is extremely responsive, motivated, and truly cares.

Where do we even start?! From the moment we started looking to relocate from Colorado to Tennessee it was a nightmare.. until we found Tina. We loved her spirit & online presence from the get go. When we reached out she responded immediately engaging and requested that we call at our earliest convenience to not only interview her but speak to multiple references from others who used her to purchase out of state(sight unseen except for her!). We wanted to make sure she knew that we were only willing to use a VA loan and a set budget even though we qualified for other options at a higher budget. She had her work cut out because we wanted this city girl to put on her boots and find us a perfect piece of the country. Tina went above and beyond driving over 20hrs the first week just to view properties hours away. We went under contract that week. She showed up to all of the inspections & appraisal even kept her ears alert enough to warn us of 3 major issues, which was amazing because half of them didn’t make it to the initial report. She contacted the owner of the company and the entire inspection & report was redone and submitted in under 24hrs. However the home didn’t meet VA standards & negotiations stalled so we were back on the hunt. In under 48hrs we were back under contract with another home! With this home we ran into so many issues with the sellers agent/broker but half of the time we didn’t even know until Tina had already addressed the issue and only informed us once things were back on track. She was so on top of managing our stress which was the huge thing we requested when we hired her. Even when I was ready to fire my lender 2 days before closing she had a back up ready and we closed 8 days later (but was fully funded 3 days into the new lender). Tina worked harder for us then any other realtor we have ever had. This is our third time using the VA home loan and the most well taken care of we have ever been. In the end we found a home that meets all of our request & more. Thank you Tina for all you did.
