I would definitely recommend Susan in any real estate transactions. She seemed very knowledgeable about local markets and sales trends. From the time I decided to pull the trigger and move we were within a month. I believe we listed the property on a Thursday and were under contract by Sunday. She absolutely knew the way to market it and pull in potential buyers as well as staging the property so as to feel welcoming and inviting to buyers.

There are not words to express how amazing this young lady is, and the energy she puts forth in everything she does. No matter if you are a seller or, buyer she has you covered. Very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to doing her job. Susan is also talented when it comes to staging your property to sell, she doesn't miss a lick. she also has a wonder team that she can depend on to help make your property someone else's forever home. Susan is a fantastic realtor. She did a ton of work on the front end to figure out how to price our house, she brought in a professional photographer to take pictures, she helped us stage our house appropriately, and was always ready to answer any and all questions we had. During the negotiation phase, she wasn’t afraid to play hardball and always did what was in our best interest. I am confident that Susan got us more money for our house than we would have gotten with anyone else. We highly recommend her and will be use her again if we ever need to sell another house.

She not only made my house look like home out of a magazine, she actually came and did physical work to make my house look AMAZiNG. I got full price in 2 days of showings.
