Used Kim to buy my home in Tennessee in 2015. Wife and I were looking for a 3 BR horse property but loosing hope as we couldn’t find what we needed. Kim took us to a 2 BR house and I was initially upset but Kim read the fine print on the listing which included a bonus room and could be made into a 3rd BR. She was right and a little framing, drywall, & door it worked. Kim was able to think outside the box to help us. Turned once again to Kim to sell my house in 2023 and it sold quick thanks to Kim and anyone in Kim’s area would be glad they used here knowledge, experience, and dedication to her her clients.
