Jennifer should get 10 stars for her unwavering tenacity that finalized the purchase of a townhouse I wanted for short-term rental that was extremely problematic. Jennifer was patient with my requirements (demands) that repairs be made and that I get a fair market price on the townhouse. She stood up to the seller’s agent’s overt pushback. When my loan fell apart at the last minute, she facilitated a second loan that was approved in the 11th hour.
