I've known Mr. Shrum for 45years and he still has as much energy when it comes to marketing and selling someone's home, as he did when he first started selling homes. There's nothing that Steve won't do for his clients, within reason. He's very thorough, very articulate, he's very personable with his clients and he stays on top of the situation from A to Z. He's handled approx 7-8 homes of ours and I think he's the Best in the business! I wldnt think of using anyone else.
