Detorie is the very best in the business and there isn’t anyone else I would want or trust to buy or sell my home. From long days where we looked at what felt like a billion different houses, early morning and late night calls to go over pros and cons of different homes and how we would work out financing, to silly repeat questions I know I asked him a few weeks ago. This man is incredible and I wouldn’t choose anyone else!

I’d give the man a thousand stars if I could. He was so kind and helpful, and when things were tough he was incredibly encouraging. We thought purchasing a house was going to be very difficult, but with the help of Detorie everything was so easy! It was a very fast process and he walked us through everything to make sure he knew what we wanted. This was our first home and I've always heard people say buying homes is difficult and stressful etc, but honesty I didn't feel any of that with Detorie. Highly highly recommend it was pretty much like I pressed an EASY button and boom there was my house. Will 1000% be in contact again if I ever need to buy/sell! When I needed to sell my home, I had several challenges to overcome. I needed to sell quickly, get top dollar, and have a specific closing date to keep my daughter in the school district until her graduation. Detorie understood my unique circumstances and advised me on the best strategy, which home upgrades would get me top dollar, and help me get a real picture of what is possible. I performed the upgrades, sold quickly over asking price, and closed exactly when it worked best for me. He is knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and driven. Derorie is just simply wonderful! He takes the time to understand what your family's needs are in a home and is there with you every step of the way! We had a very concerning situation when trying to purchase our first home but Detorie assured us that everything would be okay and he was right! What can I say about the best of the best? Detorie & Megan are a phenomenal team. I had a difficult time deciding whether or not I really wanted to sell. Detorie had the patience of Job. Detorie was so amazing walking us through our land purchase in Tennessee. From the very first call to the very last call (and there were many) he was prompt in answering any questions that had and if he didn't know the answer, he was quick to call the proper person to get the answer for us. For the past year, my fiancée and I have been working to establish our new life in Nashville, and Detorie has been with us every step of the way. Before we had even moved to the state, he helped us to navigate a sight-unseen rental for no better reason than to establish a relationship with us and help us get settled. Naturally, this made it easy to choose to work with him when we were ready to buy, and what a process that was! Detorie went above and beyond for all my needs. I have known him for a long time and he helped me find a rental house a year ago and in the search for a rental house we talked about buying, and here we are a year later and he had made a dream of being a home owner reality.
