What a god send!!! Brandi really went the extra mile, made so many calls on my behalf to get information from the seller, the city, utilities, etc. without me even asking. She just had all the information or would get it in an hours time!
I made a post on our local town page on FB, looking for land. Brandi offered assistance on the post and PMed me on FB. She asked exactly what I was looking for, was willing to work with my price range and instantly sent me some listings.
The land I was looking for was really hard to find (there wasn't a for sale sign on the land lol) and the photo online was old. I gave up on it but Brandi jumped in her car, drove up and found it! I wasn't sure about it at fist as I remembered driving past where she said she found it but Brandi suggested taking another look at it.
As soon as I pulled up and got out of the car, I fell in love! Brandi was right! It was the perfect stretch of land and all the utilities are right there and ready!!!
Anyways, once we build our new home, we are most definitely going to have Brandi as our realtor!!!
