We were a marathon for Stephanie! Our home buying process took us 2 years with dozens of showings and probably 10 offers that didn't pan out. Despite all that, Stephanie stayed positive and continued to keep our best interest in mind even when we were prepared to make concessions. She is incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. I couldn't imagine going through our home buying process with anyone else!

Stephanie's knowledge and expertise was so helpful. It had been a decade since I owned a home, over 30 years since I had bought one, and on top of that I was moving from another state so I knew nothing about the real estate market. Stephanie took the time to educate me on the market conditions and successful strategies when buying a home in this crazy market. Not only did she seek to understand my needs in terms of bedrooms, baths, etc. but most importantly, she wanted to understand my lifestyle needs. What I was going to use the rooms for, for instance, do I need to entertain in large gatherings, do I need guest room space, what about outdoor entertainment space, etc.

She cautioned me to be patient in this sellers market and we together we developed strategic options to be able to get ahead of other buyers. The first week into our search, she identified a great house and a week later she negotiated a great contract for purchase. Every step of the way through the purchase process, she kept me informed of my next steps, worked closely with my lender and title company which made the process easy and fun.
