We took a break at the peak rise in costs and when we came back, she picked right back up with us without any hesitation. Her attention to detail, ability to work with 2 very different requirements from me and my husband, and negotiating is impressive. Keep in mind, she sells luxury homes and works with buyers and sellers typically more affluent than we are, and our minimal budget and small home sale was never a factor in her level of commitment to us. Tiffany always made us feel like a priority, even though she would have made more with other clients. We never felt rushed or second place. She staged our home beautifully and we were under contract and had a backup in writing in 1 day! Listen to what she says! We did all the things on her list and it worked! She’s an amazing realtor, but more importantly just a really good person that you can trust and will work to make it right for you.
