Becca was absolutely amazing! We were unable to physically be present to purchase a home. She did such an amazing job at making us feel like we were really there. Becca represented the seller of the home I purchased. However, this didn't stop her for being available, from answering any of my questions (no matter the time), to showing up in a pinch. She even showed up at my closing to support me (I was under a lot of stress because of my age, expectations, and the current market).

First meeting with her we were impressed with her promptness , we lived a good distance from her office , but when she said she’d be there at 10 she was alway there .
She helped us prepare for the sale of our home. She had such wisdom when we’d ask for advise always encouraged us and would go check on details we weren’t sure of .
We was so impressed how she had brought out the newest technology in photography …drones that flew around our acreage …in the home it was as if I was walking throughout the home.
When the home went on the market… she had arranged to have 5 showings that day…the next morning she said we have 4 offers let’s meet and go over them…( yes I did say one day) .
Each of the offers were above what we had asked
We gladly accepted the one …
So now we have 30 days …Becca kept in touch with us almost every day making sure we had no questions …by the end our move closing we were exhausted we got a call fromBecca , she insisted
On coming all the was to our house and help us with our final loads…then she took them to our new home& unloaded our trucks…I was like who does this anymore …we would recommend

This is the first time I wish a rating system had more than 5 stars. Although this is the 4th home I have purchased in my lifetime, Becca made this the easiest experience I have ever had. From the initial contact, through closing, Becca sets the bar for what a real estate professional should be. She made recommendations for inspectors, made site visits in our behalf and coordinated each step of the process. Since we were out-of-state buyers in this frenzied market, we could not be on site for every inspection. But Becca was there. She even made sure the home was ready for our move-in by picking up a broom or emptying trash with the Sellers. If you have a real estate need in her area, you will not go wrong with Becca on your side.

Becca is the best! She was thorough, extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable throughout the whole process. It is like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She went above and beyond, always let us know as soon as a new listing came on the market, and was always available to show us the homes we were interested in. She walked us through every step of the negotiations and provided guidance with home-related needs before and even after the closing.
