My background extends beyond traditional real estate sales. During the 2005–2009 market cycle, I worked in wholesale lending specializing in both subprime and conventional (A-paper) lending with companies including **Countrywide Home Loans** and Lime Financial. As both a licensed Realtor and former loan officer, I bring a unique understanding of financing, negotiations, and the full real estate process—knowledge that continues to create value for my clients today.
Having worked in markets from California to Tennessee, I understand how to adapt pricing, marketing, and negotiation strategies as conditions change. I’m known for being accessible, detail-oriented, and fully committed to helping clients make confident, informed decisions.
Outside of real estate, I’m a mom of three, and family is at the heart of everything I do. I believe real estate is about more than buying and selling—it’s about creating opportunity, building equity, and helping families grow long-term wealth.
