Todd Walker is a Middle Tennessee real estate broker with more than 12 years of experience helping buyers and sellers navigate residential real estate throughout the Nashville area. Over the course of his career, he has sold more than 250 homes, surpassed $100 million in career sales volume, trained more than 500 real estate agents, and helped clients save more than $1 million in traditional real estate commissions.
Before entering real estate in 2014, Todd spent more than a decade with UPS working in finance, marketing, and sales after earning his MBA from Cumberland University. That background helped shape the strategic, client-focused approach he brings to every transaction today — emphasizing communication, preparation, negotiation, and long-term relationships over high-pressure sales tactics.
Early in his real estate career, Todd ranked among the top 5% of agents in Tennessee for number of homes sold by an individual. He later earned his Broker’s License, became Managing Broker for a Franklin-based brokerage, and helped recruit, train, and mentor agents across Middle Tennessee. He also played a key role in bringing Realty ONE Group into Tennessee.
Known for combining strong marketing with innovative commission strategies, Todd has built a reputation for helping clients maximize both exposure and savings without sacrificing service or representation. His approach to real estate has also led to appearances on Today in Nashville (Channel 4), 104.5 The Zone, and 99.7 SuperTalk.
A longtime Wilson County resident, Todd believes real estate is ultimately about people, trust, and helping clients make confident decisions during major life transitions. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, mountain biking, camping, music, time with family and friends, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
