My Husband and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Joe Clark, who we could not speak more highly of. He worked with our schedules to view many many homes and once we chose one he helped us through the process with as little stress and wait as possible. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Joe is the absolute best! I never dreamed that in this crazy market, we'd be able to close at asking with most closing costs covered. He was on top of everything, and made sure everything got done on time (not just his work - everyone he hired as well!). He prepped offers so that we could put offers in as quickly as possible. I don't think we would've landed in our dream house if it wasn't for how diligent and timely Joe is with his work. He really went the extra mile by not taking no for an answer with our inspector. Our first inspector that we hired canceled the first couple of days, so he hired someone else to come out the next day. Within a couple more days, we had a fixed roof with expenses covered by the seller.

Joe helped us so much! He is so friendly and amazing at what he does. We are so grateful to have worked with him and hope to work with him again in the future!
