Terri has had her work cut out for her from the first time she met me! Not only did I need to sell my home, I also needed to find a perfect house to buy to fit my family’s needs.
I am a very detail oriented person, a perfectionist, and a neat freak. So the process of listing my home (paperwork, photography, listing descriptions) was very overwhelming. I may have had a mental breakdown on photography day. And the photographer may or may not think I belong in the looney bin because I couldn’t stop crying…for what reason? I have not a clue. 🫠 I just wanted everything to be perfect for potential buyers!
Terri talked me through the entire process from before listing throughout the final page at closing. She gave me advice when I asked for it, and was open and honest. She even came over to the house if I was at work during viewings to let my puppies into the yard! She has always been so thoughtful and kind since the first day I met her.
My “need” list for my new home was long, very specific, and pretty much inflexible. Terri never gave up! I’ve never bought a home totally by myself before. She not only found the home I’m in the process of buying, but she has kept in constant contact with the building representatives to ensure my home will meet my expectations.
I will now and always highly recommend Terri. She is a wonderful realtor and a true gem of a person! ❤️

Jack does a phenomenal job. We placed our house on the market with another realtor in early November and had very little showing and no offers. We then switched to Jack in mid-February, three weeks later our house was sold, and we even closed the sale in three weeks! Jack has a great team that he works with from pictures, administration, and title. He also has a utilizes a large network of realtors when doing open houses, so you get more traffic. Jack understands the market, which helps in pricing your house reasonably, which intern increases the offers. We wish we had hired Jack earlier in our process. He is truly is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with and recommend him to everyone.
