Shannon was very approachable, patient, and diligent in getting quick answers for us during the home buying process. She would touch base frequently to ensure there were no missed properties during our search. Shannon was readily available for showings and I always felt comfortable speaking openly with her. Shannon did a great job of helping me narrow down my search for my home. During the entire home buying process she was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I had a hard time finding a lender to approve me due to my short history of being a contract worker, and Shannon helped me to exhaust all options in finding one. She also has a very caring spirit, and you can tell she enjoys what she does.
