My husband and I had been trying to move from Las Vegas to Nashville for a couple years now. And due to the high sales volume in Nashville it was getting more and more difficult. In 2022 we met Donavan thru a referral, and connected with determination to find the perfect home and make our move. Via emails, phone calls, FaceTime and a few weekend visits to house shop, Donavan helped us search and “walk-thru” many many homes for sale! Finally we found our potential perfect place in Mt Juliet, and Donavan was instantly in contact with the sellers agent for us! Via FaceTime Donavan took us to see what would soon be our new home! We are so thankful for his patience with us, and his persistence to help us make this 2k mile move!! Buying a house sight unseen is risky, but we felt 100% confident because of Donavan. He knew our style, likes & dislikes, and what we needed in a house for our family! We’re thankful to of been referred to him, and thrilled to have him as our agent! … and now his agenda continues as he is acting as a buying agent for our parents, to get them too out of Vegas and over to Nashville! Donovan is fantastic. We worked through selling a beautiful lot of land just north of Nashville. Donovan and I had great sessions where we worked through data on previous sales, current on-market properties and developed a great set of strategies ranging from selling the entire lot as is to development of the property. Donovan was wonderful working with all parties and I loved the way he approaches what he does as he really does work with data and the situation in front of him logically.
