The count down was on and the assistance that I expected was not available to help, Michelle kicked in to third gear and took a few hours out of her busy schedule to help me finalize my sale. We enjoyed working with her son Austin who also did whatever it took to show us new homes as requested and bringing new opportunities to light. We just can’t say enough great things about Michelle Patterson and her team! We’ve bought and sold several times over the years (both homes and land), and we’re always so grateful to have her by our side throughout these processes! So professional yet personable and communicative. Things that could become headaches or stressful moments have just been taken care of for us. She’s SO on top of everything! Most recently, she helped us when we needed to move in order to get our son to another school district due to his particular needs. Needless to say, buying in this current market can be quite stressful. However, she never stopped working incredibly hard for us no matter what hurdles we faced. Michelle worked her magic and got us into our DREAM home last month, and now our son can go to the school he needs. We’re still pinching ourselves! Michelle and her team are absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a specific timeline I wanted photos, listing, open houses etc. done and she made sure everything happened as I requested. In the end we ended up with 21 offers!! She then worked diligently to compile them and work through them with me to find me the best one. Throughout the process she and her team were very helpful in answering all of my questions any time I had them. In the end, I made a substantial profit on my home that I had not anticipated and it is all due to her team. I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a flawless sale of their home. I have no doubt they will provide the same excellent service with a buyer as well!
