I have been in the Real Estate world for over 10 years. From construction, origination (mortgage lender), and now being a Realtor®. It is my passion and pleasure to find people looking to invest in real estate and guide them through the process without all the stress. Buying a home, whether it's you first or twentieth, is daunting and overwhelming at times. My goal is to come along side you to help you navigate through and come out at the end ready to start your journey. I've helped homebuyers looking to buy their first house, upgrade to a larger house for their family, as well as downgrade to retire. Sellers love to use me because I know how to market a property and catch the eye of potential buyers resulting in a faster process. I have worked with several investors that buy and flip or buy and hold. It doesn't stop there. I have gone a step more to become a certified Accredited Community Expert (ACE). With commutes to work, family near by, or whatever you may need, looking for the home of your dreams in the area you love can be difficult.
