My husband and I are moving states for army relocation and decided we wanted to look in to purchasing our first home. I came in with quite a detailed list of wants and hard no’s along with a very strict budget that changed last minute. Karisa did a wonderful job being available at every step of the way to answer silly first time buyer questions and walking us through the hard stuff. She was firm and informative when needed but also is very personable and easy to talk too. This entire experience felt like shopping with a long lost friend.
