Grace is absolutely amazing. 2 Year?s I searched for a home everyone said it?d be impossible on my income. I?d never find what I wanted. In 2 outings she found me my home! I?m so unbelievably happy with home and Neighborhood!!! I wish I could leave her more stars! She went above and beyond. When it came time for negotiations she was amazing. If you want someone who truly cares about your happiness as a homebuyer and not just someone looking to make commission, Grace Johnson is the agent you must have. When my wife and I moved to the area and were house hunting, she made herself available at the drop of a hat to look at any and all properties we were interested in. She is extremely knowledgeable about the current market and is willing to speak her mind regarding what is and isn't a good buy. Over the course of 2 months, Grace must have shown us at least 60 houses (most of which were dead end properties suggested by us) without ever once indicating that we were a nuisance (which I'm sure we were). We changed our location and price requirements more times than I can remember and Grace made sure to listen and adjust to our ever-changing needs. Even when we were burnt out and ready to quit, she never gave up on finding us the perfect house. Because of Grace, we found the most beautiful home we could possibly imagine for a price that I still can't believe. I can say with extreme confidence that we owe our happiness to the tireless efforts that Grace put in to giving us our dream home and I will never be able to thank her enough.
