She has obtained her Sellers Representative specialist, Accredited buyer representative and Luxury home certifications, she has been on the Agent Leadership council and she also attends classes and training regularly to stay on top of the market and better educate and assist each client to ensure they receive exceptional service.

Penny is an amazing realtor. My wife and I have bought and sold our home with her. She knows exactly what to do regardless of buying or selling. She is honest, trustworthy and a straight shooter. She’s not doing this just to make a quick sale/purchase on a bad deal like others may be. She tells you exactly what you need to hear and not what she thinks you want to hear. We most recently sold our house and we were out of state during half the process. She did whatever needed to be done to help us get and keep the house in top top shape even while we were not around. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home. Just a great person all around!

Penny is the hardest working realtor I have ever worked with or know. We sold a house through her and bought a house through her, and if I ever buy or sell again it will be with her.
