Josh Pena has done it again! This is the second time we have utilized Josh to find a home & he has found our perfect “forever” home. I am not sure 5 stars is enough to describe our experience working with Joshua Pena. We were looking for a home 600 miles from our current residence and had limited time, resources, and local knowledge in addition to having some very specific home requirements. Josh could not have been more accommodating. He was communicative, knowledgeable, insightful, and he definitely went above and beyond to accommodate our needs through the entire process. Even post-closing, he did not disappear, knowing our situation he continued to keep in contact to make sure we had the resources and assistance needed for our big move. There is so much more I could say about him but in summary he made the home buying process a stress free and enjoyable, and we are grateful to him. My family and I all highly recommend Josh and thank him greatly for being more than just a realtor but an amazing resource and support to us all!
