We met Shana by chance. She was the available agent to come and show a house we wanted to view. We didn't like the house, but we really liked Shana. Over the next few weeks she worked diligently to find a place for us that met our needs. She was willing to go to several counties and communities to show us homes. We found one we thought we wanted and she was so helpful as we made an offer. When the inspection revealed major issues, we withdrew our offer. Within a week we had found another home that met our needs. We can't say enough about Shana's patience, integrity, and perseverance.
