Shana, great job! From the beginning she was very professional and pleasant to talk to. She also went out of her way to search for the restrictions on a different property ( Spencer, TN) when I asked.
Shana took the time to ask me what I was looking for and found the perfect little place for me. She was always ready to answer any of my questions (morning or late evenings sometimes) and she took the time to make a video/walt through of the property (without me asking for it) I also received additional help from her regarding the resources I will need in the future when building my little home.
In summary, Shana is an over achiever/amazing agent who goes out of her way to help buyers make the process a lot easier. Her knowledge, professionalism and her willingness to help is something I will keep in mind in case I need to refer her to any other potential buyer. She is one of a kind!
