Luke was my agent for my first ever home sale. At the initial meeting with him, he came prepared with comps, market data and everything in between to discuss ideal listing prices and what to expect when we listed the house. Throughout the entire process, he was calm, reassuring and informative; everything you want in a real estate agent! I cannot recommend him enough for how easy he made the process. Jessica from the first meeting has been very helpful to my wife and myself. Every time we toured a home she came with flyers on the house printed up info, background knowledge of the house itself that she would research and put out to us. She showed up with a positive attitude every single time, and given with my busy work schedule having to give late tours, time out of her day not once did she say no. She always made it work. Through out this buying process I felt like no other agent I’ve worked with was as helpful as her. Checking in daily, notifying me of anything upcoming documents that needed to be looked at, just great communication all around. Becca is an outstanding realtor! She went above and beyond to assist us in selling our home. I started talking to Shana a good two years if not longer about us moving to Tennessee. She kept checking in with me from time to time sending me pictures of homes and seeing if we were getting closer to pulling the trigger. I would not have thought a thing about it if she had stopped sending me stuff as it must have seemed like it just wasn’t going to happen. I won’t bore you completely with why we were dragging our feet but we were waiting for our daughter to move so that we could be somewhat close as the area is definitely spread out. So once our daughter found something things started happening. In the meantime Shana had moved and was a good 2 hours out of the area we were looking at. We even had that conversation as I didn’t think it would be a good fit to have her trying to show us homes when she would be driving 2 hours one way. But we were more on the friends side rather than simply a customer and she assured me it would not be an issue. It just so happened that after one showing when my hubby had gone by himself that he was driving by some new homes being built. The builder really didn’t want to list the house and suggested we could wait out our contract so no realtor fees had to be paid but Shana had been working hard for us and we felt she deserved that commission. Besides that, we knew she would do her due diligence to keep us as safe as possible through the deal. I was grateful to have her as our realtor and even more to have her as our friend. I can say in full confidence that if you choose her for your realtor she will do her very best for you too.

It took me way too long to get around to writing this review, but I want to emphasize how awesome Tim was. Throughout my very stressful first-time home-buying process, Tim functioned as much as a therapist and counselor as he did a realtor. I was overwhelmed with so many aspects of buying a home for the first time, and he went well above and beyond what I would have ever expected from a real estate agent. When the process was all said and done, I felt much more like I'd made a friend for life rather than just finished a business transaction. I can't recommend Tim enough. If I ever am in the market to buy a house again, I hope I can have Tim involved. Thanks again for everything, and so sorry for the delay in this review!
