Well, where to start. First I've never liked
realtors. John changed that. I found them to be self centered and pushy. John changed that. He let's you take the lead. He always responds, is excellent at communication and finds the best solution. Make buying or selling a better experience and call John Davis.

Kirk was amazing with our entire buying process and more , he went above and beyond to help us in every aspect and continues to answer any questions we have. He was nice and courteous in every conversation and make a first time buyers time very easy , we appreciate him 100% and would choose him over and over again!

Ethan did an amazing job selling my home. He was very transparent, informative and communicative through the entire process. He was sensitive to the reasoning and time line I had to sell. He went above and beyond in marketing and selling for me. He even held an Easter egg hunt for the kids attending the open house (it was on Easter weekend). We ended up being able to close within my very short time frame and managed to sell above listing price. He worked endlessly with me to make sure the entire process was smooth. I had absolutely no surprises or issues. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Ivey was literally our saving grace when buying and selling our home. The day I reached out and contacted her, she already had a house in mind and the next day we went to look at it. We fell in love with the house, so she immediately started the home buying process with us. Our situation was we had to buy and sell our home at the same time, and without Ivey, we wouldn’t be in our dream home right now. The process was smooth sailing, all because of her! Any time, day or night, I could reach out with questions and she would answer. When we got the inspection of the home we were in the process of buying, she made sure to state to the seller things that needed to be fixed and repaired. She saw the repairs through to the end. When we were selling our house, she made the most amazing listing for it, and had lots of advice on how to display it. With all of this said, my family and I are so incredibly happy with this quick process. Ivey worked so hard for us, and we are so grateful.
