Dedric & Indira Lewis are a full-time husband-and-wife real estate team and the founders of The Vineyard Realty, operating under SimpliHOM. Serving Riverside County and San Diego County, they have closed over $30 million in real estate transactions, with a focus on residential, luxury estates, equestrian properties, commercial and agricultural land acquisitions. Indira has been licensed since 2016, and Dedric since 2019, combining strategic negotiation, land-use expertise, and high-level client advocacy.

Both are U.S. Marine Corps veterans—Dedric served 20 years with four combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, and Indira served 8 years and a combat deployment to Iraq both honorably discharged. Their military background translates into precision, integrity, and operational discipline in every transaction. Dedric holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and is a local high school golf coach. Indira holds a Master’s degree in Ministry Counseling from California Baptist University and a Master’s degree in Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, bringing advanced communication and leadership skills to complex negotiations.
