Josh Cook

Josh has been absolutely phenomenal. I can not recommend him enough. Josh has gone above and beyond to be an advocate for me throughout the entire new build process. Every step of the way he made sure I was informed and felt comfortable making decisions. Josh was with me for every walkthrough and meeting with the builder. Josh is continuing to support me through an issue with my laundry room, acting as voice to ensure the repair process continues moving at a steady pace. Everyone I have spoken to about Josh agrees that he is going way above what your typical real estate agent does. I have and will continue to recommend Josh to any and everyone looking to buy a house! I will 100% continue to use him for all my real estate needs. As a first time home buyer I could not imagine having done this without Josh. Truly a 10/10
